Our hiring process consists of the following steps:

  • Review of Terms of Use - Review the Terms of Use for our website. It is the tutor's responsibility to uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics at all times.
  • Submission of Online Tutor Application - Complete and submit the application by clicking here.
  • Application Review - Our management team and education experts will screen your application for a preliminary match. If selected you will move on to the next step. If not, you will be notified within 7 days of the submission of your application.
  • Interview and Assessment - If your application is preliminarily matched to our hiring requirements, you will be scheduled for an interview with our management team and education experts. In addition to the interview, you will also be assessed on the mastery of the subject, your English skills, your computer skills, and any other area that our management team sees fit to assess your competency as a tutor. The assessments may be oral, written, online or via any other method as decided by management.
  • Background Check - If you clear the interview and assessments, we will conduct a background check on the information provided in your application.
  • Training and Certification - If you pass the background check, and agree to our hiring policies, you will be scheduled for training. We have a specific training program that must be completed for certification. You are qualified to tutor with us only after you are certified.
